Dr. Vitor Lúcio da Silva

Born on 8th December 1962 in Leiria; graduated in Business Management.

He was an auditor at BDO between 1985 and 1987. In 1987 he was a founding partner of BL&C - Auditores e Consultores (an auditing and consulting firm); with the integration of BL&C in MAZARS he took over as Partner until 2008. In the same period he was Chairman of the General Assembly of several companies and Member of the Audit Committee of multiple companies.

Between 2008 and 2010 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of ACÇÕES MAIS, SGPS, S.A. (industrial tableware group - SPAL).

In 2008 he founded and became executive Director of WEST GLOBAL, SGPS, S.A. (private equity).

From 2014 to 2015 he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PT Portugal, SGPS, S.A.

He has been a shareholder and director of HCI since 2009. In 2013 he assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of HCI - Construções, S.A., a position he currently holds.
