Liberdade 12 is a rehabilitation project of 2 buildings from the end of the 19th century / beginning of the 20th century, delimited by Avenida da Liberdade and Rua das Portas de Santo Antão. These two emblematic buildings connect together are rehabilitated while maintaining their residential use. The facades were restored with a view to returning it to its original design and inside all the functional, infrastructural and energy gains that are currently unavoidable. The building elements associated with it were recovered, such as the plastered/decorated ceilings, the wooden wainscoting and baseboards, the tile panels and the staircase.
